The Data That LuxFort Collects.
Our websites are primarily for consumer print and related transactions. For you to be able to take advantage of the full functionality of the site it will be necessary for you to register with Luxfort . Registration will require that you provide certain information that is potentially of a personal nature. For example, you will be asked to provide your e-mail address, your name, company name (if applicable), address and telephone number. You will also be asked to create a password that, along with your e-mail address, will enable you logon and use the full functionality of the website in the future.
In order for you to be able to place an order, make a purchase, or otherwise use the functionality of this website, it will also be necessary for you to provide additional information, such as a credit card number and billing address, and/or bank account information. We will use this information to create your LuxFortaccount. We may also assign to you a unique identification number that is matched against the information you have provided to Luxfort . In that way the personally identifiable information you have provided can be matched against any orders you place, any material you upload to our websites, your print job as it flows through the print fulfillment and shipping process, and other relevant transactions (e.g., crediting an account for referral earnings).
Every time a person visits an LuxFortwebsite we capture and collect certain information that identifies the type of web browser and language, access times, domain name and specific pages that are visited. This data capture is generally anonymous and does not capture any personally identifiable information unless the user provides it to us.
Once you have registered with Luxfort , each time you visit our website we may collect information about your visit that can be tied to your account and activity on our website. This may include the pages you view, the links you click on, and other actions you take as you view and/or use Luxfort ' sites and services. In the event you decide to place an order, request a quote, or utilize one of our interactive graphic design tools, all details of any such transaction will be captured.
If you place an order and/or upload a data file to Luxfort , there may be personally identifiable information contained in the data file created for the order and/or the data file you have uploaded (e.g. a name, address, telephone number and e-mail address on a business card file). If you do not have the person's authority to send such data to Luxfort , you should not upload the file.

The Uses Made Of The Information We Collect

These promotional efforts may be selected based on your product categories previously ordered, pages you have viewed and links you have clicked when using an LuxFortwebsite.
We also use the personal information collected on Luxfort ' websites to directly communicate with you. Your e-mail, mailing and/or billing address may be used for welcome letters, order confirmation, upload confirmation, job status updates, billing information and reminders, and technical service issues. We may also, on occasion, send you product or customer service surveys, and/or promotional correspondence to inform you of other products or services available from Luxfort .
If you upload a data file to LuxFortfor print fulfillment, it will be received, stored and then used to fulfill your order. We do not use this information for any purpose other than fulfilling the requested print job.
Personally Identifiable Information
Except for the limited purposes described in this Policy, LuxFortdoes not actively disclose your personally identifiable information to any unrelated third party and does not sell, rent or lease your name, billing or mailing address, e-mail address, phone number or other personally identifiable information to others.
In order for us to provide our services to you some of the personally identifiable information you provide to us must necessarily be disclosed outside of Luxfort . For example, LuxForthas joined with network of regional print fulfillment centers to ensure your orders are filled in a prompt and economical manner. Obviously, we need to provide the print fulfillment centers with the details of your orders so that you can receive effective customer service and timely delivery of your order. Also, in order for you to receive your order it is necessary for us to disclose the shipping information required by the carrier. Similarly, in order to process credit card payments, etc. we must provide your necessary personal information to a third party payment processor.
It is possible that on occasion LuxFortmay retain third parties to provided limited services on our behalf, such as hosting websites, programming development, transaction processing, or performing statistical analysis of our service offerings. Under certain circumstances, these third party companies may need or be given access to personally identifiable information in order to deliver their services to Luxfort . They will be required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and will be prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
If we believe that such action is necessary, other circumstances that may give rise to LuxFortgiving access to and/or disclosing your personal information to a third party include: (a) to comply with the law or any legal process that is served on us; (b) to respond to the authorized request of a governmental or law enforcement agency; (c) to protect and defend the rights or property of LuxFort(including the enforcement of our agreements); and/or (d) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of our services or members of the public.

To prevent your personal information from being viewed by others, you will be required to sign in with your e-mail address, or other user I.D., and password to gain access to your account information. If you have any trouble accessing your account you may, if applicable, contact LuxFortfor assistance. Please note that you may be asked to provide proof of your identity before LuxFortprovides any information related to your account.
Information Security

Your personal information is stored on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. Please note, however, that we do not regard any of the information provided to us in data files uploaded to us for print fulfillment as sensitive information requiring encryption or any other form of special handling.
As part of the registration and ordering process, you will be required to choose a password. This password will only be as effective as you make it. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate password and to keep it confidential. You should not share this information with anyone, and you should always log out of an LuxFortwebsite or service before leaving your computer to protect against others being able to access your information. If you believe your password has been compromised in any way you should immediately change it by logging on to your account and then following the instructions for changing your password. Children`s Privacy

LuxFortguarantees that its printed products will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. LuxFortwill be pleased to help address any issues you may have with your print job.
All problems should be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order. Although we will try to provide an answer within a few hours, we reserve the right to take up to 5 business days to determine if a reprint or refund is appropriate, or to advise you that more information is needed to process your inquiry. If the product is deemed defective or has not otherwise met Luxfort ' obligations, one of the following resolutions will be offered:
- We will reprint the print job and expedite production
- We will refund the original order price
If our decision is to provide you with a reprint or a refund, then, unless we agree otherwise, you must return the entire original print order to us. You agree to hold the original print job for at least 15 days after you are notified of the reprint or refund resolution. A return address will be provided by Luxfort . If you do not return the original order when requested, you agree that LuxFortmay charge you for the cost of the reprint or deny your refund (even if previously approved). When applicable, a refund will be issued within 10 business days of our receipt of the original product order. A reprint will typically begin production within one business day of our receipt of the original product or such earlier time as we, in our discretion, may agree to.
We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise prior to either of the forgoing resolutions being agreed to.
The forgoing is Luxfort ' sole responsibility with respect to a defective order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxFortis not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if LuxForthas been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the order. If you need your print job by a certain date, or if it contains dated or time sensitive materials, we strongly recommend that you leave plenty of time to place your order.
The following do not constitute grounds for a refund, or a return or reprint of a product:
- An order that is refused at time of delivery or undeliverable orders. We will reship the product at the customer`s expense if requested
- The product is lost, delayed or returned to LuxFortdue to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address. (For product that is later found or that is returned to us we will, if requested, reship the package with a corrected address subject to payment of an additional shipping fee for the shipment)
- Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information
- Product that incurs a higher shipping charge as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information
- Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues, and any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control
- Product that has experienced a color shift during the conversion to CMYK format, for example, as a result of having been submitted by the customer in RGB colors
- Product that experiences print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted as a result of the customer providing artwork that is not at a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%) and/or in CMYK mode
- Products that do not exactly match color or ink density. LuxFortdoes not color match or match customer specified ink density
- An inability to print or write on the product, unless the product description states otherwise. A typical UV coated product cannot be printed or written upon. Matte finished products may or may not accept printing or writing. We recommend that you obtain a sample and then test it using the printer you will use before placing a final order. LuxFortis not responsible for an inability to print or write on a Product, unless the product specifically states that it is suitable for this purpose
- Orders that are duplicated as a result of customer error
- Orders that are canceled after the order has entered into production (or any process thereafter)
- Orders that contain dated materials that arrive after the relevant date or with insufficient time to use the material as intended

If you are not satisfied with the printed products you receive, you can simply contact our Quality Assurance department within 3 days of receipt for convenient resolution.
